Stars turn out to celebrate Met Opera's 125th anniversary

The most stylish of stars turned out for the Metropolitan Opera's 125th anniversary gala in New York. My newest style crush Ginnifer Goodwin strutted her stuff on the red carpet in a gorgeous grey print dress complemented perfectly by understated make up and accessories. It doesn't even matter what Diane Kruger was wearing as she managed to look effortlessly chic as usual and of course the delectable Joshua Jackson (aka Pacey to us Dawson's Creek aficianados) brought some sexy to the ocassion. MKO's choice of outfit was just plain uninspiring and the red lipstick and bad Kim Basinger in her prime hair tipped it over the edge into the fashion crime category. And I never thought I'd say this but fashion snaps to Kanye's latest squeeze Amber Rose for her modern take on the gangster's moll look but here's to hoping that's fake fur she's got draped over her shoulders.

Say what you like about Naomi Campbell but one thing's for sure she's still one of the hottest women in the modelling game. Loving the all black ensemble she rocked at a charity fashion show in Moscow.

Style Crush: Freida Pinto

She's been on the scene for about five minutes yet Freida Pinto's star is definitely on the rise. The outfit she wore to the Chanel Autumn/Winter show in Paris was a triumph - elegant, charming but still fresh. In comparison Lily Allen in her fussy pink creation and La Moss donning what seems to have become her staple - black trousers with an uninspiring jacket looked dare I say .. passe. But luckily Claudia Schieffer was on hand to lend some sophistication to the event and Milla Jovovich rocked up in a kitsch ensemble only she could get away with.

Paris and Nicky Hilton do NY Fashion Week

Ah the life of a socialite it must be so tiring swanning around all those parties and quaffing glass after glass of champagne. While doing the round at all the major shows Paris and Nicky were gracious enough to give the paps a few minutes of the time. What do you think of the outfits. I'm a bit tired of the leather jacket dress look it's been around for a couple of months and is starting to look a bit safe. Anyway let me know your thoughts!
